⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Faust is a lifesaver! I can’t say enough good things about Faust! Both the tow truck driver and owner of the company. He arrived in record time when my car wouldn’t start, quickly diagnosed the issue, and got it running. When the car didn’t make it far, he came right back without hesitation, helped again, and personally delivered it to my mechanic. Not only is Faust incredibly knowledgeable, especially about my Mercedes, but he’s also genuinely kind, professional, and dependable, someone you’re grateful to have in a stressful moment. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about people. Highly recommend Faust to anyone in need of towing or roadside assistance. I called Towing One to help a stranded family member get home in a timely manner. Fausto quoted me a fair price and an ETA one hour sooner than Progressive's useless roadside assistance. I found out my family member got the vehicle started when he came through the front door. I quickly called Towing One to cancel the tow, but Fausto was at the pickup location as requested. Long story short, Zelle sent $50 more than expected for the cancelled call. I suspect a number of other tow truck operators in the S Florida area wouldn't hesitate to rip me off, but Fausto sent the extra money back without question. If you need a reliable and trustworthy towing company, give Fausto at Towing One a call. I will be keeping him in my Contacts list. ~ 80 W

Needed a tow for a nail in my tire after work and found this company on Google. Gave them a call and they quickly responded stating they would be able to pick me up in 20 minutes. He was on time, professional, and very helpful. I was even able to drive with him from where he picked me up to my destination of drop off for repair. I would highly recommend this company. If you have a AAA membership like I used to, where you wait around for 4 hours for somebody to come pick you up, that ends up not showing, cancel it. This place is legit. Highly recommend. This company was not only the best deal financially, but also came in the amount of time he said it would take. Also arrived at the time he said he would arrive. When you ride with him he doesn't make you feel like a customer he actually makes you feel like a friend. Worth every single penny. Great customer service. Please only go with this company. I drive a lot and even spend nights in my car if am to tired to make it home. I have had lots of car issues and dealt with lots of towing companies. This guy had no attitude, and makes you feel like even family in the short amount of time I was riding with him. Hard worker and encouraging. Best service I have received from a tow service! The driver Fausto went above and beyond to help me out. I highly recommend Towing One FL. Towing One answered promptly, was courteous and knowledgeable… asked good questions about vehicle, pick up/destination and promptly quoted a fair price. They showed up on time and were reachable during this period. They carefully and expertly attended to the vehicle and drove professionally to destination. At destination, they carefully released vehicle and assisted in getting the car into my spot. All the while they were professional and most courteous! Foust was amazingly helpful for my towing problem! I needed to get my vehicle from my house to the service center a half hour away without having the vehicle running for too long due to a coolant leak. Fausto was amazing and gave a really good price. $120 for 17 miles—we were scammed with 2 miles being $120 with another tow company and I’m so glad we found Fausto. Amazing man and driver. I’m three hours away, and my mother was stranded, and needed her car towed. He was fairly priced and really went above and beyond for her, a true gentleman.
